I think El Nido would be great, the weather should be fine about that time of the year.

You will find a great landscape there with the underground river and untouched rainforrest. There is also some diving there and you could fly up to Busuanga to do some diving in Coron. I am not sure if you can fly from Busuanga back to Cebu, but I think so.
