actually it's not really dirty. If you go to the market early in the morning you can watch how they slaughter the porks and pick what piece you like, It can't get much fresher than that.
Sure there is no good sanitary in this local markets, but we need to think about where we are here in the PI. I actually enjoy going to places like that as the people are so nice and friendly. I was visiting some provinces here in the PI and it seemed that I was the first "long-nose" some have ever seen...
