Verde Island Scuba Diving

Verde Island is well known for good visibility, awesome marine life but also weird currents.
Verde Island (also known as the green Island ) lies between Batangas on Luzon and Puerto Galera on Mindoro. Diveshops go there usually for a daytrip with two or three dives. On some divesites are strong downcurrents and you should have an experienced guide to avoid this if you are a new diver or just don't like currents. More info about Verde Island here...

Verde Island is great diving. I love the drop-off. the washing-machine can be a wild dive but should not be done with big camera or as an unskilled new diver

I had several great dives at verde Island, most of the time I tried to convince the group for doing all 3 dives around the pinacle. I am not the biggest friend of the washing-machine, but at the right day with the right group and the right guide it can be real big fun.

Hlello just wonder if you could enlighten me on the best places on
where to swim with the dolphins?

Don't think you can swim with them, there are some locations where you can go on dolphin watching. We tried different things from jumping in the water to hanging on the boats outrigger, but they never came close when we were in the water, but thousands of them when we were on the boat.

you can swim or dive with dolphins at Ocaen-adventure in Subic. costs some money but is an absolute once in a lifetime-adventure
