Most travelers say that one of the most wonderful things of having Philippines as your holiday destination is the fact that almost all, if not indeed everyone, can speak and understand English. That certainly is in fact guaranteed if you travel to Cebu City.
If your destination is Cebu City, there should be no need at all to worry about that because Cebu, Philippines have daily flight coming in from Manila – the capital city of the Philippines – and major international cities such as Hong Kong or even the capital city of Japan, Tokyo.

From Cebu City you have connecting domestic flight to many destinations in the Philippines. Or you take Ferry to the surrounding Islands in the Visiayas. There are also two Ceres Liner terminals to many destinations on Cebu Island or to the Dumaguete Bus Terminal.

Cebu Pacific offers this service now on Mo, Wed, Fri and sunday.

The flight departs from Cebu around 6:30 in the morning and arrives 40 minutes later in Dumaguete.

The flight to Dumaguete can be booked onlind, but be aware that Cebu Pacific has still problems with their Credit-Card system. They are also well known for short-notice changes.

So better confirm the flight a day or 2 before the actual date.
