Standard another free diving site in the philippines

i just read from one of the website about this new massive flood... brought on by tropical storm Ondoy last Saturday.. and the site is look like a free diving site at the moment... but for sure going diving there is just to rescue the lost body of those victim of this storm ondoy..

The National Disaster Coordinating Council said that seven people in Metro Manila died because of this floods.
its just to sad that the number of victim of this storm is getting bigger... from the video coverage of local news i saw the site, and its also show's that this new diving site is zero visibility.

some of those victims and those evacuees are in Malanday Elementary school which is served as evacuation center for 100 families

and the good news on this thing is that the department of National Disaster Coordinating Council will ask more help that somebody would provide medicine and vaccines to many of the evacuees who are experiencing cough, colds, flu and stomach ache.

really no good new diving site because one of what i read on the other website is that Senior Superintendent Robert Po of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group confirmed that oil from Noah's Paper Mills near SM Marikina is seeping from the firm's storage tank and into the Marikina River. and he said oil pipe connected to the 65,000-liter storage tank and into the plant was either ruptured or disconnected after floodwaters moved the tank slightly from its cement base.

then the bunker oil spilled from the plant to SM Marikina and into the river. how sad....

Well, the 3rd typhoon run through Luzon now... and that in about 3 weeks. many reported fatalities and damage again, even this one swept rather fast over the country. It appears that this year won't be a merry x-mas for many.
