 Hi Sweet sweety, Sumilon Island has only one (in my opinion totally overpriced) resort. If you wnna dive there it can be done as a daytrip from Dumaguete with 2 or 3 dives. Are you and your Sis from Dumaguete? It might be easier and you'll get more answers if you open a new thread in the Visayas section. as I told you I am working at present at some english content pages, just also have a look here.
